METCON
METCON also known as Metabolic Conditioning, is our main class here at the gym! It is a combination of strength training and cardiovascular endurance training. It is one of the quickest ways to simultaniously burn fat and build muscle while promoting longevity through functional movement patterns and coaching proper weightlifting form & technique . This is our "one size fits all" class that caters to any goal and any person no matter what age or fitness level.

MOMMY & ME
Our mommy & me is not quite what it sounds like. Instead of the kiddos working out with mom, mom gets a great workout in for herself while little one is supervised! The class itself is a combination of strength training and HIIT circuit training. Certain movements are provided for those who are pre AND post natal to promote a healthy pregnancy and/or a great recovery!

Our Ladies sweat class is a modified version of our METCON class and just for the ladies!

SHELITE
SHELITE is our Girl's weightlifting team. This team cycles through a variety of fitness styles, while focusing primarily on strength training, form & technique, and progressive oiverload training. This style is perfect for improving them in their sports outside of the team OR, for those not on another team, it builds confidence and self efficacy.

YOGA
Strength, Mobility, stability, meditation, breath work, all in one AMAZING class taught by our wonderful 200YT Yoga Instructor, Logan Kolometz. Join us on Sundays for a fun & productive Flow and on Saturdays for Fundamentals! This is where you get your practice in and a better breakdown of movements. Bring your questions and yoga poses that you want to practice! Or just come for a slower, deeper instructed class that will still give you a wonderful workout!

REV & FLOW
REV+FLOW strengthens bodies and sculpts muscles through targeted, low-impact movements and resistance training designed to develop mobility, flexibility, and balance. Be challenged in new and unique ways through easy-to-follow movements and uplifting music.
